GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket or attending any The Latin Club event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Age Restriction
This event is R18+ only.
Valid photo ID (Passport, NZ Driver Licence, Hospitality NZ 18+ Card) is required for entry.
Anyone without valid ID will be refused entry with no refund.
2. Entry Conditions
Last entry is strictly at 2:00 AM. No exceptions.
You must comply with all security checks including bag inspection and ID verification.
Re-entry may not be permitted. If allowed, it will be controlled by security and subject to capacity.
3. Tickets & Refunds
All ticket purchases are final.
No refunds, no exchanges, and no transfers unless required by New Zealand consumer law.
Tickets may not be resold for profit. Scalped or fraudulent tickets will be void.
4. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to:
Modify the lineup, schedule, or programming
Change venue layout, entry points, or production
Implement additional entry/safety measures
Cancel or postpone due to circumstances beyond our control
Any changes will be publicly communicated via official channels.
5. Behaviour & Safety
Anti-social behaviour, aggression, harassment, or discrimination will result in immediate removal with no refund.
Security may refuse entry to anyone deemed intoxicated or unsafe.
You must follow all instructions from staff, security, venue operators and emergency personnel.
The organiser operates a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and illegal substances.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): weapons, outside alcohol, illegal substances, glassware, dangerous goods, professional cameras, and any items deemed unsafe.
6. Audio, Photo & Video
By entering the event, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.
Professional cameras or recording equipment are not permitted unless pre-approved.
7. Personal Belongings
The organiser and venue are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Cloakroom services may be available but are used at your own risk.
8. Liability
Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance, including risks arising from crowd movement, sound levels, lighting effects, weather conditions (if applicable), and venue structures.
The organiser is not liable for injury, loss, or damages except where required under New Zealand law.
9. Sound Warning
High sound levels may be present. Hearing protection is recommended, especially for prolonged exposure.
10. Health & Safety
If you feel unwell, injured, or witness unsafe behaviour, immediately notify event staff.
Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
Attendees must comply with any public health regulations in place at the time of the event.
11. Refusal of Entry
Entry may be refused (or you may be removed) for reasons including but not limited to:
Intoxication
Possession of prohibited items
Violence, harassment, or misconduct
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Attempting to enter restricted areas
Non-compliance with staff instructions
12. Acceptance of Terms
By attending Latin Power NYE 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
